More About the Author

I'm originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, but lived in San Francisco for a couple of years. I have been in Honolulu now for 14 years. Hawaii is a great place to live; you can't beat the weather! But I have to travel quite a bit for work and that first flight is ALWAYS a long one!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Book.. Big Book, October 26, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Mastering Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 SP1 (Paperback)
There's a lot to read and understand for an Exchange Newbie but, if you've got the server in front of you, this book gives you an excellent base for your experience to build on. The author gives a good messaging system review and then dives into what's new. An experienced Exchange Admin shouldn't have any problem picking up Exchange 07 knowledge and he/she reads on but may likely be searching for the next generation exchange server guide by the time they finish this one. It's a thorough book, indeed.

1.0 out of 5 stars Missing lots of parts, July 6, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Mastering Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 SP1 (Paperback)
The book is very general and basically just a high level overview. I would not recommend this book at all. I installed a fresh Exchange 2007 server and found much more detailed information on the web. Save your money.
