The key to this book is the sequence of the information presented. Chapters really bind with each other, resulting in easy reading. It's a general Exchange book and should be treated and evaluated as such. It covers pretty much the entire system but of course doesn't get to enormous detail. Overall, if you are looking to get baptized in Exchange, this is the right book and it will handhold you for quite some time. Eventually you'll have to dig for more in-depth info.

This book is really only good for the basics on administration of Exchange Server. It has only a one sentence mention of the Exchange Scripting Agent which is one of the biggest features of 5.5. It does nothing for trouble shooting. I'd look at other books before buying this one if I had to do it again.
