Good reference!,

If you're new to Netrunner, this is a great place to start. It has all of the card text for both v1.0 and Proteus, and it provides a variety of strategies for playing both sides of the game (including deck recipes). Until Silent Impact comes out, this is the place to start. Conflict-of-interest disclaimer: i'm the Netrunner Netrep, and i've played many times against Ben and Charles both (they usually beat me). They are both excellent players with good rankings.
