5.0 out of 5 stars Much more relaxed, September 24, 2004
This review is from: Mastering Stress 2001: A Lifestyle Approach (A Learn Lifestyle Program) (Paperback)
This was an excellent book which drastically altered my personal and professional life. Dr. Barlow and Dr. Leslie Reisner teach incredibly effective tools to reduce stress and the lessons really helped me with time management, becoming less frustrated and learning to be more efficient. I loved the exercises which helped to personalize the overall messages. I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking for techniques to help combat stress at home and on the job.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful Book, September 29, 2004
This review is from: Mastering Stress 2001: A Lifestyle Approach (A Learn Lifestyle Program) (Paperback)
I found this book to be incredibly helpful in improving my oftentimes scattered persona. I now feel like a corporate dynamo, ready to take on whatever the world can throw at me. The techniques described in this book helped me clear my mind and focus on my most important tasks each day. I am far more productive and confident thanks to Dr. Reisner and Dr. Barlow. The book was presented in a very clear and succint manner. The advice came quickly and did not drone on and on as many other self-help books do. Anyone who needs a little help clearing their heads and focusing should definitely pick up this book. I have already lent it out to three friends and they all loved it.
