Mastermind is a great CD. A "live" disco band (no drum machines here)who blend funk and disco to compliment each other. Their sound is tight, smooth, and enjoyable. And yes, danceable-definatley. The dance tracks all reminice of the 70's when disco hadn't yet become a formula. Hustle Bus Stop is a favorite for D.J's and dance parties. The slower tracks on the CD hold just as much power. Other artists that sound similiar to Mastermind are Ohio Players, Instant Funk, Eruption, Blackbyrds, Brass Connection. Mastermind is for anyone who enjoyed the disco era and definatley for serious record collectors.

It is great to see my picture after all these years. This was a great album then and a wonderful CD now. Love It!
