5.0 out of 5 stars Insightful and Entertaining, February 1, 2005
This review is from: Masters of Music: Conversations with Berklee Greats (Music Masters) (Paperback)
"Masters of Music" is by far one of the best books I have ever read. Mark Small and Andrew Taylor ask the right questions of a variety of Berklee alumni. Small and Taylor uncover the untold and provocative stories of music legends such as a George Martin, Quincy Jones, Paula Cole and members of Aerosmith. Each interview is prefaced by the history of each artist and what follows are truly captivating answers to questions I had never considered. From the changing use of technology in the music world, to the relationship between managers and artists, "Masters of Music" is truly a captiviting and well-written collection of insightful interviews that are sure to be read more than once.
