4.0 out of 5 stars Another hillarious collection
"Get Fuzzy" is one of those strips that still provides me with laughs on a day when I'm feeling down and this collection is no exception. And while "Get Fuzzy" is no longer my favorite comic strip (sorry "Pearls Before Swine" and "Cul-de-sac" have moved to that spot) it is still one of my favorite series to read and provides some hilarious moments with Bucky and Satchel...

3.0 out of 5 stars Not as funny
I have been a long admirer of get fuzzy for the last few years. I bought this last book and was a bit disappointed. Only 2 really funny comics and far too many rants about the writers strike. My hope is this is just a phase and this too shall pass.

And while "Get Fuzzy" is no longer my favorite comic strip (sorry "Pearls Before Swine" and "Cul-de-sac" have moved to that spot) it is still one of my favorite series to read and provides some hilarious moments with Bucky and Satchel. This collection brings us such great moments as Bucky's off Broadway musical--Humans, the day Bucky finally outwitted Rob (it had to happen at some point right?), and the epic laying to rest of the Vasa (and the then epic flooding of the apartment.) You can't go wrong with picking up this collection.

5.0 out of 5 stars Can it get any better than this?, December 18, 2011

"Masters of the Nonsenseverse" has proven to be well worth the wait. From Bucky's "creepy sense" to his bad poetry to the anti-ferret petition, "Masters" had me laughing out loud more than once. I believe this latest collection may be the best since Scrum Bums. Once again the Sunday strips are in color and quite frankly, the only disappointing thing about this collection of strips is that it ends. Conley is still at the top of his game and "Masters" left me with a smile and the fervent hope that another collection of strips will be coming out soon.

I love everything about Get Fuzzy. This is another great collection of the daily comic strips. I can never get enough of all things Bucky, Satchel and Rob.

Even though I do read "Get Fuzzy" on most days, I'm not a major fan of the strip. However, the strip does have some moments when it really shines and that's why I keep reading it. MASTERS OF THE NONSENSEVERSE is a collection of "Get Fuzzy" strips that ran from October 7, 2007 to August 9, 2009. MASTERS OF THE NONSENSEVERSE includes some of the best "Get Fuzzy" strips in the past several years. Some of the storylines included are Bucky's crusade to get rid of cows, Bucky's plan to rewrite famous musicals with product placements, the "affect" of the writer's strike on comic strips, Bucky's attempt at editing his life to make it more interesting, Bucky's attempt at writing poetry, and Bucky's attempt at creating Communist children shows. MASTERS OF THE NONSENSEVERSE is a must-have for "Get Fuzzy" fans and a good book to introduce readers to the strip.

I enjoy Get Fuzzy. Though the universe the characters live in is small, Conley keeps them interesting. Plus, collections are a good bargain. A good read.

I have every get Fuzzy book in print. I enjoy the comic strip immensely, but this book was just "OK". The strips chosen for this book were not Darby Conley's funniest work by far. As a fan, I found this book to be a little less entertaining than I had hoped it would be. Oh well, I'll wait for the next one!
