This is a very good video and covers quite a bit of worthwhile information. The problem is that it seems like all of Annie's videos cover the same information and use the same footage.

I bought 2 dvd's .....and both were the same except for a small part in the begining....she even wore the same clothes.....Her brother did the same thing.....both dvd's were the same except for a small part at the start...He even wore the same clothes in both dvd's.....I'll never buy another of their dvd's....shari
