This disc contains some of the most electrifying solo bagpipe and drum performances ever recorded. A must have!

Product Description

The annual Masters Of Scottish Arts Concert draws upon the faculty of the Mastery Of Scottish Arts Winter School, all the world’s best champion, prize-winning pipers and drummers, and is the most well attended concert of its kind anywhere in the world. This disc contains the best performances from the first three MSA concerts, all held in Seattle, Washington USA--some of the most electrifying solo bagpipe and drum performances ever recorded. This live recording faithfully documents spontaneity and excitement that is not often heard in more controlled competition or studio recordings. The audience response to these tracks underscores the thrilling sensation created by the musicians as they captivated the audience with their brilliant sound; their heart and souls on full display in the expression of the music.
