3.0 out of 5 stars A good game, but the immediate sequel was better, May 3, 2007
= Fun:3.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Masters of the World I: The Merchant Prince (PC - 3.5" Disk) (CD-ROM)
This is a fun game of trade and skulduggery that can provide hours of fun play. However, shortly after its release, QQP was sold and the game was rereleased under the title Machiavelli: The Prince. Machiavelli is basically this game with better graphics and music, and a few tinkerings with its UI. Merchant Prince is worthwhile if you want to see an early version of the game; it also runs better in Windows than Machiavelli, so if you don't want to use an emulator (Machiavelli runs well in DOSBox) you may prefer Merchant Prince. But otherwise, Machiavelli is the way to go.
