It is unbelievable how a person who suffers from panic and anxiety struggles to get the most appropriate help. An expert referred me to MAP and after 5 weeks into the program, i feel THIS is the real deal. Just make sure you get the correct MAP books. ISBN numbers might be helpfull: for anxiety and panic see Oxford isbn 0-19-518697-4; for agoraphobia try Oxford isbn 0-19-518696-6.

As a clinican and also a short-term learner in Barlow's center, I've witnessed how the panic control therapy has been tested vigorously in the centre, and also saw how the client had been benefitted from the panic control therapy. This workbook, together with the therapist's handbook, can give the reader essential guideline in using PCT for panic patients. I've made a lot of reference to this in treating panic patients in my clinical setting.
