Great stuff. The music works perfectly with the movie -- in fact the music makes the movie, from beginning to end.

Never mind the Xavier Cugat track (seriously, it should have been here) -- the real question is what happened to The Killers' "All These Things I've Done"?? Perfect ending.

...still, I kept leaning over throughout the picture and telling my buddy, "I have to get this soundtrack!"

I'll probably still pick it up, but I'd be ordering it tonight if that Cugat track had made it to the collection.

As somebody who still listens to my vinyl regularly, I loved the scene where Julian and Bean danced to "In The Wee Small Hours", and I'm glad that song made it to the disc.

After having spent weeks trying to find this rare CD in several stores,
i finally made the right move.

PS It's a great CD !

This soundtrack really made the movie.

It's a combination of old 80's songs (especially "Heat of the moment") and Hispanic/Spanish instrumentals and lyrics (i.e. part of the movie was set in Mexico; probably a good third of it).

I agree with the other reviewer that this CD *makes* the movie. It's why I got it...great songs that bring back all the memories of the various scenes and I am glad as well that the track "Wee Small Hours" made it onto the CD. Am happy I bought this one.
