4.0 out of 5 stars keeps him entertained
I bought this in conjunction with two other similar playsets to make a "city." We bought it a couple of years ago, and boys of my boys still enjoy playing with it. It does seem keep my 2 year old more entertained than my 4 year old. If you are buying this a a stand alone playset, I don't recommend it, but if you are going to combine it with other playsets it's great!

1.0 out of 5 stars Slightly Better Than a Happy Meal Toy
Our 2.5 YO is new to matchbox so perhaps we are asking too much for our $12 purchase. But the box made it look like something cool for a little guy who is into construction toys. Our 2.5 YO is new to matchbox so perhaps we are asking too much for our $12 purchase. But the box made it look like something cool for a little guy who is into construction toys. Unfortunately the box is about 5 times bigger than it needs to be to contain this small flimsy plastic toy. It is basically a small plastic figure 8 which you can push cars around on, decorated by two flimsy pop up "buildings" which are little more than a plastic framework large enough to hold one small matchbox car. After lamely pushing a little car around this for a few minutes my little guy looked up at me as if to say, "Meh."

We can't really afford some of the fancier road-based toys (have been considering Plan toys for a while) but I wish I had kept my $12 to put toward the purchase of a toy that will have a useful lifespan of more than 5 minutes...
