Format: Hardcover Verified Purchase
This is one of the better case books Ive had to purchase for law school. It is very accessible and readable. The text leads easily into the cases and the cases themselves are usually modern (i.e. Barry Bonds' divorce) and are completely germane to the prelude text. It is also complete with the text of modern California Family Code statutes. Excellent text and one I can see myself referring to for years to come
