This one is about Nesta and her need to help others. But if she doing it for the right reasons or to impress a boy??

I loved this book. The ones about Nesta are usually my favorite because she is the one i can identify with most. There are great moral values to be learned in this book. And it has even inspired me to do a few new things.

4.0 out of 5 stars Time For Charity, March 9, 2006

Nesta may be falling for a new guy and she doesn't even know it. Of course the rest of the group seems to know what is going on. But Nesta gets fully wrapped up in the idea of charity and what she and others can do to help the less fortunate. While this section gets almost as preachy as the dieting of the previous volume, it lets up about a third of the way into the book.

Soon Nesta has enlisted everyone to help a specific charity and disasters need to be overcome. But even while juggling fund raising disasters, Nesta still has plenty of time for relationship disasters. Just where are things going with the new guy and where does she want them to go? Well it all meets up at the end as Nesta leads the charge with the school's fund raising event The Diamond Destiny Dance.

I like Nesta and it is good to get into her head and see what she really thinks about. I was glad to see that the early preaching in the book let up rather quickly. The rest of the book was pretty good but there is a moment at the end that is a little hard to swallow even though it makes a good story.
