I love this book. I first read it at the library and then I had to get it for my own personal collection. It's really good. I suppose it's more for teens but it has lots of tips adults can use too. I'm actually 20 and I first read this when I was 18. It's got things on flirting, dating, kissing, relationships, friends and family, being healthy, skin stuff, makeup stuff. It's really cool and it's written like it is input from the 4 girls with also some input from Tony, Nesta's brother. And I think there might have been input from one of their mom's too.
So buy this book it rocks! you won't regret it.

This was so funny, like it had actually been written by teenage girls. I really related to things that real teenagers think about with nothing held back. It was cute and informative in a funny way. Fun too pick up and read or skim through whenever!

It was great! Especially the section of Things to do when you're grounded & how to redecorate your room. However, there could have been more information about FRIENDSHIPS and how to deal with them, instead of them acting like all of us already have perfect friends and we don't have any of those problems. otherwise it's great and a fun read
