What a way to point out misconceptions that we may not even think of. This is a perfect book, especially for preschool teachers; we can keep the misconceptions to a minimum for grades 3-5.

I enjoyed the research behind the misconceptions. It also provided ways (teacher modeling, games, student talk, etc.) that would help to eliminate the misconceptions. It has a sister book that provides more hands-on ways to further deter these misconceptions. I've ordered it, and hope to read it soon.

This resource will not only undo math misconceptions, but it will prevent misconceptions if we implement these strategies. Wonderful resource!
