3.0 out of 5 stars Tough Problems and wordiness..., May 16, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: MathCad: A Tool for Engineering Problem Solving (B.E.S.T. Series) (Paperback)
To do some of the problems in this book you have to know a lot of physics and math. Not good for a lower level course in Engineering. I recently used this book in a semester long course and found that the author overused adjectives, and details to make things far too complicated. However on the bright side the book is very informative, good for a reference to MATHCAD.

3.0 out of 5 stars Pretty good book, June 22, 2000

Well, this book is good in a sense that it provides you with exercises that you could work on. But it is kind of wordy, make my eyes go hay wire. Overall, it is a good reference book.
