5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful Melodic rock wonderment with a gorgeous soul
This is perhaps the most beautiful song I've heard of the 00's. It's one of those perfectly crafted pop songs that really don't turn up that often. Perfect in the way 'Crowded House's' - "Don't Dream It's Over" or 'The La's' - "There She Goes" were perfect. From start to finish this is a truly gorgeous 45, CD track, MP3 file, whatever. This is the bands 1st single and...

1.0 out of 5 stars Terror has a name . . .
. . . and it is Cherry Ghost (one of the most stupid band names I've come across in quite a while). This sounds as if the dreadful R.E.M. had recorded a christmas record. This is the bands 1st single and I hope it catapults them to some kind of fame. The soulful singing is ever so slightly raspy, beautifully accompanied by guitars that glisten and shimmer in the cool of the night as the lyrics sooth your worried soul. Listen with beauty in your heart, with your girl by your side or with the sheer wonderment of what life can hold. It's that kind of record. One you'll remember. One you should hold dear to your heart. Don't let this track slip you by. You can check it out in it's entirety on 'You tube'. Rediscover what truly great music should be.

If there are records that should be burned, this no doubt is one of them.
