Matouk's Hot Pepper Sauce may be the best-kept secret from the island nation of Trinidad & Tobago.
I have a friend from Trinidad and Tobago and she brought this hot sauce home a couple of months ago. Even though it's made with Scotch Bonnet peppers and it's hot, it is not overwhelming. You can really taste the flavor of fresh peppers in your mouth. The only con is that it cost me just 9.99 for a 20oz bottle but I paid almost $17.00 in shipping. But it's ok, this sauce worth's the money!
