Okay for starters let's establish my hair...I have super curly hair that is super dry and never retains anything from the conditioner I use. So I love Biolage products, but this one was very disappointing. It doesn't dry on clear and it flakes. For a higher end product it really did not stand up to my expectations. It didn't moisturize at all and it evaporates right off my hair. The only good thing about it is if I mix it with some type of gel it gives a nice smell and can be used to re-wet hair. I wouldn't buy it again.

This is a fantastic product. It gives curl definition as well as conditioning to the hair without turning it hard and straw-like. My son and I both have curly hair and this is the best thing we've found yet for this kind of hair.

For the last few years I've been using the Matrix Biolage curl defining creme. It was a perfect product. Unfortunately it has been discontinued. This product is supposed to replace it. This product smells terrible, is sticky, and leaves my hair feeling like straw. The curl defining cream left my hair so soft. I don't know why they discontinued it, but I am so disappointed. I will not use this new product and will now have to go out and spend a fortune trying other products until I find one that compares to the original curl defining creme.

I love this Biolage product. It makes my hair look perfect - like the hair shown on tv commercials! My frizz is gone, it smells wonderful, my hair doesn't feel like straw anymore, and it's not sticky at all. My hair is so soft and shiny and smooth whenever I use it.

My method of use: I put the product on and comb it through while my hair is wet. I let my hair air dry, then I brush it through again. (Note: I have long, straight hair.)

I have to vehemently disagree with some of my fellow curly-haired gals here ... I have very thick, very coarse, very curly/frizzy hair that's past my shoulders, and honestly, this is one of the very few products that actually WORKS -- and works well -- for my hair. I love the fact that it not only smells good, but it isn't stiff and sticky, and, does a really nice job "taming" my wild hair. I haven't been able to find it in quite some time, though, and am very worried that it's been discontinued.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!! I have dry straight hair with split ends. I use it after Matrix shampoo & reg conditioner. The leave in cream had done wonders for my hair - it's now smooth, strong and shiny!! Will definitely be reordering.

Leaves my hair soft and shiny. Smells great, easy to use. I am not a fan of all Biolage products, but this one absolutely rates 5 stars. Will definitely buy again.

I was not thoroughly satisfied with this product. The Hydra-seal made my hair smell good, yes, but it did not leave that soft suppleness to my hair that I could feel with other hair styling products. Also, the product will leave my hair feeling sticky for a while. This then causes lint to stick to my hair and scalp. Not cool. It does hydrate though and my hair will look better the next day after applying the cream.

The best thing that happened to my hair. Keeps curls soft and smooth without the frizz. I've tried so many products for curly hair. None of them come close to topping this product.
