Great Metronome, But Needs a Volume Control,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Matrix MR-800 Quartz Metronome
This metronome is a great product but needs a volume control. The knocks and chimes keep perfect time, but are at full volume. There is no way to reduce the volume in situations that require it. If not for the lack of this feature I'd give it a 5.

Excellent (but loud),
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Matrix MR-800 Quartz Metronome
As noted by the other reviewers, this metronome is excellent, but loud (and no volume control). I had a set of small plastic lifts from Target (normally used to raise objects like electronic equipment up a little bit for air flow), and placed one over the small speaker grill to lower the volume to an acceptable level.

The is the metronome that the piano teacher recommended. My only complaint is that it gets quieter as the battery dies. I would rather there were some kind of battery meter on it that would say, "hey it's time to change the batteries" somehow instead of someday realizing it's gotten quieter.
