Highly recommended!

Karl and Sasha have written a fascinating, easy-to read book. If you want a technique for gently releasing yourself from thought and behavior patterns that no longer serve you, this book is for you.

I have had the distinct pleasure of meeting Karl Dawson during one of his seminars and of working with Sasha Allenby by phone. Both are the among the most authentic, humble, and joyful people I've ever met. They generously share their own stories throughout the book.

My two favorite things about "Matrix Reimprinting Using EFT: Rewrite Your Past, Transform Your Future:"

1 -- Easy explanations of difficult concepts, such as understanding the effects of early trauma on shaping our lives

2 -- Transcripts of Matrix sessions which give a good feel of how a Matrix Reimprinting Session proceeds.

What is Matrix Reimprinting?

Matrix Reimprinting is a new meridian tapping technique developed by EFT Master Karl Dawson. Like EFT, Matrix Reimprinting often resolves long-standing emotional and physical issues.
By changing how you perceive old events and how ingrained ideas shape your words and actions.

During a Matrix Reimprinting session, you tap on points that have been used in acupuncture for thousands of years. Most of the points used are at the ends of meridians.

Meridians are channels for energy flow just as blood vessels and arteries are channels for blood flow. Emotional, chemical and physical trauma can disrupt the flow of energy in the meridians. When the energy is obstructed, disease may result.

You can correct the flow of energy by stimulating the meridian points. In EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, you do this by tapping on them.

How is Matrix Reimprinting different from EFT?

In conventional EFT, tapping on meridian end points is used to take the emotional intensity out of a past memory. When an issue is resolved with EFT, you are able to recall your most traumatic and stressful life memories without any emotional disruption or stress. This is a useful healing strategy since most disease results from stress.

When an issue is resolved using Matrix Reimprinting, the memories associated with it are actually transformed.

During the Matrix session, you step into a memory. There, you may say and do what you wished you had said and done. You will be shown how to bring in people or tools to support you in any way that you need. You will recreate the recorded picture in your memory.

This will transform your reflexive reactions in situations that were triggering an unwanted response.

In Matrix work, you never deny that an event occurred. We do not use distraction techniques. In fact, the Matrix model recognizes that the best way to transform a situation is to be fully present in it. You will not relive the situation. Matrix Reimprinting is a very gentle technique.

Karl and Sasha have written a definitive text sharing the mechanics of their new technique, Matrix Reimprinting, the science behind it, the EFT in it, and case studies. That having been said, still, it is an understatement though not for any lack in the book or the body of work. (The technique is so simple, any EFT practitioner can master it.)

What is so profound is the potential in this technique. Because Matrix Reimprinting embraces the cutting edge work of Bruce Lipton and quantum physics not as theories, but as absolute Realities and is launched from those solid platforms, it blows the lid off all linear thinking and practice about dis-ease, healing, and what has created and holds the beliefs and limitations that lock them into our current versions of "reality". It allows one to enter into time and space and information as they really are - non-linear, non-locational. Entering that zone, with this technique, one can re-imprint the original transcript shifting everything on all levels.

Be prepared for change; invite it, welcome it, allow it. Matrix Reimprinting is the tip of the iceberg of an energetic healing modality accessible to everyone regardless of age, gender, nationality. I bought this book, half expecting that it would be a re hash of someone elses experiences and ideas, but suprise surprise, it is fresh and relevant. I was impressed with the no nonsense explanation about the matrix and how it is relevant, and the general ideas and techniques are outstanding. My congratulations to the authors, and I cant wait to get into matrix reimprinting.

This concise and well thought-out book explains Matrix Reimprinting, a simple but profound technique that we owe to Karl Dawson and that is derived from EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Anyone can use it to clear negative events that happen in their lives and that may still be having physical and psychological effects. The book is fascinating and filled with examples and precise instructions on how to use Matrix Reimprinting (and it has as crash course chapter on EFT as well, so that you get the basics and are comfortable tapping during the protocols).

Please note that if you are planning to use this ressource for a major trauma, Karl and Sasha strongly recommend you do this with a trained Matrix Reimprinting practitioner. However, I would advise you to purchase the book no matter what. The book is not simply an instruction manual; to read it is to begin understanding the wonders of energy as it applies to all of us. Why do we get emotionally or physically sick? And more importantly, what can we do about it?
This is not a new age or occult book but rather an accessible tool that has roots in quantum science and accupressure. It truly makes sense. Even just clearing smaller traumas can make a huge difference with this simple and comforting method. Also, if you do need help, Matrix Reimprinting can even be done over the phone, so taking it further is easy.

On a more personal side, I feel blessed to have been made aware of this technique and to have access to this book. I am only starting to use Matrix reimprinting and I am amazed. I was already using energy psychology on myself and out of curiosity, I had started with a very brief "how-to" I found on the web. I was fortunate enough to experience fast success on the very first try so I decided to pursue my study.

In my few years doing and studying EFT, I have also noticed that once you delve into yourself and take the time to understand and heal your own life, you are gently directed to the next step my new memories resurfacing, or by being more aware of how you feel in your current situation. You start being more and more conscious and you are finally able to catch yourself stating or manifesting "truths" that are nothing but limiting beliefs you created yourself! The results are incredibly empowering.

I truly believe that anyone can use this technique, especially with the help of this book. Give yourself (and/or your clients) the gift of Matrix reimprinting!

When I received this book in the mail a few weeks ago, I devoured over whole book over the weekend, and I LOVE it! And I have read it three times since!

Karl and Sasha have both did an amazing job. I learned so many new things to add to my understanding and integration of energy psychology, with a few ideas completely changing my reality of the interplay between healing and consciousness. The Matric Reimprinting protocols were equally as amazing. I have been trained in traditional EFT and this blows it out of the water.

I have already started doing some of the protocols on myself for small "T" issues, and the difference is amazing. I really look forward to train as a practitioner to enhance its use with myself and to add it my offerings as a mind/body entrepreneur!

If everyone in the world used this powerful technique to release and transform only 1/10 of their small and big traumas, our world would be an VERY different place. That is why this technique is so powerful and important. It is more than just to heal past traumas and reframe our future visions for our life. It is truly a peace technique.

I do past life regression and hypnosis for weight loss with the purpose always being about healing. Reading this book has made a substantial difference in how I work now. The results are fantastic. With any weight loss program there is a high failure rate unless the source is discovered and dealt with. People often think they know the source but the information is often blocked or it is too far back to consciously remember. What amazing information and it is so simple! It is life changing. I absolutely love this book! I would give it ten stars if I could.

I had the opportunity to view parts of some of the chapters before I ordered this book. That was more than enough to peak my interest. Since getting the book I've read it a couple of times and begun to use the techniques. For me this is the missing piece in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I see aspects of a number of other psychology forms incorporated and made into a whole new form that is a pleasure to use and amazingly effective.
If you have any interest in energy psychology and change work, to use in your own practice or with yourself, this book will not disappoint. It will educate you if you have no background in this style of therapy, and expand your understanding if you are an experienced practitioner. It will amaze you with the simplicity of change, and the grace that matrix reimprinting is introducing to the therapy world. This is a very user friendly book, I highly recommend it. I look forward to more from Karl and Sasha.

I'm fairly well-read and well educated in terms of the Law of Attraction, Universal laws, Quantam physics and so on. I've read Gregg Braden, Rev. Michael Bernard Beckwith, Abraham Hicks, and many others.

While this book does reference other works, it actually does what so many others claim to do: it provides you with easy, step-by-step instructions to clear your pains, heal yourself on emotional, spiritual and physical levels, and manifest your soul's desires.

No other book or course or spiritual center has been able to do for me what this book as done. It is incredible. Do yo yourself a favor and read it. Whether you new to the practice of EFT or a long-time practitioner, the matrix reimprinting techniques are a must-learn for everyone. You will change so much about your life, and so quickly! You can't afford not to read this and use the techniques.

First of all, if you are already an EFT practitioner, this technique is totally worth learning. It incorporates so much cutting edge science, from Bruce Lipton to Robert Scaer, and integrates them perfectly with the Abraham Hicks LOA work. I found the writing clear and engaging and the instructions detailed enough for me to start using the technique with clients right away (though it's best to get more training, of course). The results I've been getting are astonishing! And I'm used to pretty routine miracles just using EFT!

If you are not an EFT practitioner, and are looking for self-help techniques, I still think this is worth a read. It's not quite as easy to do it yourself, and for some people who have trouble visualizing, or who are brand new to EFT, they may need some help. But the technique is so powerful you should know about it anyway. If you can't find a practitioner, you could study it with a friend and help eachother.

If you haven't noticed, I'm incredibly excited about this technique, and I think this book is the best entry point to learning it.

I have read a lot of self help books and many of them tell you why you need to change and what benefits you will experience from changing but this book is different. The authors really do explain everything you want and need to know in order to help you learn this technique and apply the technique effectively. I am really happy with this book.

As a Certified EFT Trainer and Matrix RE-Imprinting practitioner, I have read lots of books regarding EFT, hypnosis and so on and this book really is great. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good how to change your life book.
