4.0 out of 5 stars Great Value for money!, September 8, 2009

This review is from: 8 digital picture frame (Electronics)
This product was bought as a gift... when I tried to test it before giving it away, I was very impressed with the number of features it offered for the price point. A good resolution to begin with and very good audio capabilities as well. I have not been able to test the video and video transfers. But the folks who received it were very impressed with it and were playing with it for quite some time.
Remember to convert the photos to its resolution (800x600) before using it. Otherwise, there is quite a lag in the image processing time before it shows up on the screen. Also remember to turn it on before connecting the USB cable - otherwise the PC fails to recognize it; although it detects somee device - so something to do with the way the USB host connector was desinged.
One area of improvement could be the transfer speed of the device - very slow to copy images to the device.
They could also include a MS pro extender - we inserted one adn though it went in all the way and worked fine, the slot was not spring loded to get the card back - ended up using a tweezer to extract the card from the slot.
Other than these minor issues, a very nice device for the price point.

I BOUGHT THIS MATSUNICHI 8" DIGITAL PICTURE FRAME AND I AM VERRY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE.
THE INSTRUCTIONS COULD BE BETTER AND MORE EXPANATORY.

THE MEMORY CARDS WORKING FEINE.
I DOWNLOADED OLD PICTURES FROM THE COMPUTER AND NOW I PLAY THEM ALOT.
PRICE FOR WHAT YOU GET IS VERY REASONABLE.
DO I RECOMMEND THIS PICTURE FRAME ? YES I DO.
