the sculpt is good, nice detail in the Batsuit, and decent Christian Bale likeness. the nylon-like glider cape retracts into the figure's back when you crank Batman's left arm and pops out for cool effect when you press on his stomach. his other arm is spring-loaded at the shoulder to throw the Batarang accessory the figure comes with. sadly, since both arms are needed to perform a special action feature, they aren't very poseable. the pop-out cape feature duplicates the scene from the trailer where Batman does a freefall off a building, assumedly releasing his glider cape to soar across Gotham. but Batman fans will miss the billowing cloth cape this figure lacks.

kids will like the action features and some collectors eager for TDK merch might pick these up to add to their collection, but more picky collectors are better off waiting until the 14-inch Ultimate Batman comes out in late May.

Honestly, all I need to say is that this is one of the most durable and well put together action figures I have seen. Especially for the price! I bought this for my 4 year old son and let me assure you, if it has lasted a week with him... its durable! If you dig batman, check this one out!

My son is a batman fanatic and loves this giant batman. Wish I could find the giant joker from the movie to go with it.

Perfect toy for a 5 year old batman fan!! Watch out for the flying dark knight and flying air kicks.

This toy is collectionable. It hasnt all the fancy details that the deluxe Batman has but its still pretty impressive. Action Cape Batman really did a hit to millions of kids all over the world as his amazing new features!

I ordered the Batman for my Grandson. It arrived amazingly quick. It was as the seller had said. very satisfied.

the cape is a nice gadget but it sticks sometimes
this toy is durable and keeps on going and giving joy during playtime and show and tell

I bought this for my nephew, who's 5 and loves a similar Spider-Man toy I gave him. This looked great in the pictures, but I was a little disappointed by the actual play. The wings get stuck easily, and it could have used more accessories or features. It's very pose-able and looks good on a shelf, but my nephew just didn't find it too thrilling.

My 4 yr. old nephew adores this and takes it everywhere with him--very large and durable. Much cheaper than in the stores.

My son has some dexterity issues and weakness in his hands, but he can wind the cape in and press the button to pop it back out without any problems. This was definitely his favorite birthday gift! He also laughs hysterically at the "throwing action," launching the batarang across the room. Even dad finds it fun to play with this action figure.
