Got this for my 9 and 12 year old, but they have not had much chance to play it as I am always hogging the game.

This is different than Tetris in that you stack the pieces all along the edges. The small rectangle is the "out of bounds" area where if the stack reaches, you lose. The really neat thing is that turning and tilting the toy causes the piece to fall in that direction instead of pressing keys. You use the sets of two buttons along the sides to do the rotating and "quick drop", you need 4 sets because you may have the toy turned in any direction to get the pieces to fall down where you want them.

The screen is 2 by 2.5 inches and I can clearly see it without my bifocals. The graphics are black and white.

I got this for my seven year old daughter for Christmas, because years ago I had the original Tetris on a gameboy and loved it. This game is even more fun than the old one. It's a little hard for her (it is for ages eight and up) but she's already started playing it and I know that soon she will get the hang of it and won't want to put it down- if she can ever get it away from me that is!! The best part is that you can build walls on any side, and the pieces fall in the direction you tip the game.

Have been using it for 4 months now. It is a good product. Only problem is, it suddenly turns off by itself. It is frustrating, especially when the score is at all time high and the screen suddenly turns off.

I bought one and don't like it. It is very difficult to play especially if you are used to the regular Tetris.

I bought this game for my little brother. But it is so much fun, and so addictive that I stole it from him LOL. It's a refreshing twist on the classic Tetris games. I love this game!

Tetris has been a favorite game for years, and to see this as a twist on that game is so much fun. I bought 7 of these as gifts, and everyone is raving about it. Kids and adults alike, it's fantastic fun. 4 sides to play, and when you turn it, the blocks turn too. So very cool. Learn to be speedy though, and you will become obsessed.

I received my second shipment of this toy this morning and once again it does not work. I am so upset because this was a gift to an adult friend who loves to play Tetris. The first one I received does absolutely nothing and the second one comes on and still does nothing. This is an extreme disappointment, do not waste your time or money.

I miss regular tetris. This toy claims it will tilt the pieces when you tilt the toy.
That doesn't happen. I gave this to my 8-year-old for Christmas. Worst gift ever.
I will be sending it back!

I have always liked to play Tetris, but only the original game; I never liked all the fancy ones that came out later on. But this one is different--it is so much fun and easy to learn. You can spin the game around, make your piece go up, down, sideways, back up again, over and around---it's just fun! You can clear lines on all four sides. I wrote this so that if you are like me, and only liked the original tetris, I encourage you to try this one.

Both kids (7 & 10) will play non-stop if allowed. They really like the 360 aspect of this version of Tetris.
