My daughter loves this and she is getting the opportunity to learn how to do different hairstyles. Only two problems - the base is not real heavy so it tips over easily while you are combing the hair. Secondly, would be nice if there was some type of storage compartment to put the accessories in.

I bought it as a joke for my husband who is worried about someday having to style our newborn daughters hair. It is much smaller than the one I had as a girl. It's kind of hard to keep the head still when you are combing/styling because there is no weight to keep it steady. But...as a former barbie girl it was still fun to play with!

This styling head is much smaller than what I expected. There is not much weight on the base so the head tips over easy when brushing the hair. Save your money and get something better!!

My 3 year old granddaughter loved the Barbie Styling Head. She started fixing the dolls head right away. I would recommend this toy for girls that like to fix hair.

This toy is not what it used to be. When I was young I had a styling head and it was large. There was an abundance of hair and she had a big solid base with room to store the hair products. This Barbie head is very small and there is no place to store the hair accessories. I do not recommend this toy.

I thought this barbie head would be much larger. I purchased this for my niece and when she opened the box I was upset because it wasn't as large as I had expected. My niece didn't care because she just wanted to style the hair so I can say that your little loved ones will probably love it but just beware that it is not as large as it could be. Good product for the price.

This toy is as fun as your kid makes it. It is a little smaller in size than I expected but other than that, it seems durable and like a well-made toy. My daughter likes to do the hair, although at age six, she's frustrated by the difficulty of making it look like what she's imagined. For the $25 I paid, it was worth the money.

Needs a weighted bottom or suction cups -- It can't be played with by just one person. You need a second person to hold the thing up while combing the hair.

I got this for one of my granddaughters for Christmas, but both of my granddaughters are enjoying it. I enjoyed ordering online and having it sent right to their door since they live in Kentucky and I live in Alabama. RECOMMEND!

As other reviewers have mentioned, this is about 1/2 to 2/3rds the size of the barbie styling heads I remember from when I was a kid. It got played with a little, but was disappointing overall.
