About the Author
Szabo-Cohen and Kasdin are best friends, and Food No Matter What! is their second book collaboration. They love food, have traveled widely, and are serious home cooks. Szabo-Cohen has been a caterer and taught cooking classes. Both believe in the twinship of food and emotion. And both value a good read.
Szabo-Cohen is also a lyricist, and poet, acclaimed for her readings, both live and televised. Kasdin is an award-winning playwright and essayist. They were featured on the TV series "Womanspeak: Women in the Arts," and collaborated on the American stage musical, "Spittin' Image." They live in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, each with her own husband and three children.
