Matt Malouf writes an impressive debut book revealing his secrets to building wealth through foreclosures. This book is timely and has the exact tools novice and seasoned investors need to start or skyrocket their wealth through investing in REO properties. As an editor of a real estate magazine, I've had the pleasure of reading numerous titles on investing and this one is a MUST HAVE for your home library. Invest in yourself, buy a book read it and take action. It will change your LIFE.

Matt Malouf's book is well organized and uses clear language that's easy to understand. He explains what will be covered, and at the end, he re-caps what he covered in each chapter. He not only explains from the buyer's point of view, but he also explains from the seller's point of view. Throughout the book, he provides definitions as they are needed, so you don't have to jump to a glossary in the back. He also provides secret tips throughout. At 133 pages, you can get through this book in one or two evenings.

Great book! Highly recommended! As a Professional Real Estate Investor myself I found Matt's book to be an excellent choice for people that are looking to find great deals at a great price.
