The CD was loose in the package, and had some damage, but was able to work alright. The problem with this is, you can't return the product once you open it. The product was purchased for a 29 year old who wanted to increase their vocabulary. They were disappointed that the product began with words like "elephant" (supposedly at a 11-12 year old level). They are hoping the product will build with harder words as they go through the lessons.
