I bought this book for a gift when my grandsons were baptized. My seven-year-old grandson reads it himself and really likes all four stories. This is a great way to share some of Max Lucado's best stories.

The Stories in this book are well thought out and creatively written. My granddaughter really enjoys it. I recommend this as good reading to children of all ages...

I purchased this book for a 3 year old. As always, Max Lucado does a superb job conveying his message whether to an older adult or a young child. I was very satisfied with this product both from the written portion to the pictoral illustrations.

Excellent book. I highly recommend it to those who are giving their childrend (and grandchildren)a Christian background. These stories are written in a manner they understand and beautifully illustrated.

I gave this book to my 4 year-old son and I wasn't sure if he would get into all of the stories. To my surprise, he kept asking for the next one, and the next one. He loved making the connections from the Max Lucado stories to the real stories of God's love and forgiveness. He was so excited to discover the stable from different perspetives and he shouted with delight, "That's Mary, that's Jesus!" Even the princess story spoke to him. Now we have to read the entire Treasury every night. Thank you, Max!

Great stories by a great writer. I want my grandson to get to know his writing at an early age. Wonderful pictures go with each story.

Max Lucado's 'Children's Treasury' is a nice selection of stories for young children with good morals and emphasises God's love.

It's a good book for bedtime (though not a replacement for a children's Bible) with beautiful illustrations - something that is always important in children's literature.

Originally separate books that were put together to make the collection in this book. A variety of subject matter with Biblical morals and values. The artwork is beautiful and varied as well with each story. A true pleasure and joy to share with our children.

There are various stories in this book everyone with a good value that children can learn from....

This book has 4 stories that very in length. I bought the book for my four year old for her birthday. The longest one was almost too long to keep her attention. Really good stories though with good messages and I'll be reading them to her for years I'm sure.
