This bag is a great size and I really like the width of the shoulder strap. However, the color was more of an olive green than the slate color that appears in the photo. The front closures on the bag are velcro instead of buttons as the picture implies. The description was rather vague so I went by the image given.

I enjoy all the use out of my bag. The buttons are a little loose just like the velcrow, but those can be easily sewn back on. I also wish it had zippers so that little things would not slip out. It is really nice to hold my book when I am in a doctor's office or waiting for someone. I like the adjustable strap and the width.

Well, the picture is definitely deceiving, so that's my basis for the 2 stars. The khaki color is far from what you get: more of an 'olive'. I bought it because it was cheap and I needed a bag for school. But this bag will be more suited for when I want to go to a coffee shop with a book/notebook or just a few items, not hauling around my school books. And the buttons are just sown on with Velcro for the actual strap. Clever. But, all in all, it is only 8 bucks if you need a cheap little knapsack to carry a few things.
