The Maxell LB-1B Lightbeat Headphones benifit me very well, and I would recomend it to anybody. The sound quality is perfect and the lights are very cool, because of the fact that it goes on when your music goes on and goes off when your music stops(if you have the light button clicked in). 3.0 out of 5 stars Blinking Lights Don't Stay On
Maybe mine have a problem but I usually don't listen to my headphones real loud. You get accustomed to whatever volume you train your ears at so, to not go deaf, I listen at about half volume. The blinking lights on these headphones come on right above that. Why would they do that? Why have a sensitivity that's

4.0 out of 5 stars Blinking Lights Attract Weirdos, December 17, 2001

This is the second pair of Maxell Blinkers I have purchased. The fit is snug, but not tight, there is only one cord, so it doesn't tangle. I wear a lot of hats, and it goes round back, so thats a good thing. And I have a smalish head, and they fit fine. My only 'complaint' if backed up against a wall is, the stupid blinking lights. I mean if they blinked in time with the music, I could see the point, but they go round endlessly like a 3 legged dog!
Im 28, and I dont need small children staring and pointing at me, as I stare out into space, trying not to be worried- If you get these, and I reccomend them, because the sound is excellent-deep bass, yet they dont disturb the person next to you - REMOVE THE BATTERIES or you will have all sorts of weirdos following you...unless that appeals to you.

This is a really cool product. The flashing lights are awesome and they won't muss your 'do. Really comfy around the head. I only wish the lights blinked to the beat of the music. Other than that, this is a must have!!!!!

I mean there's an on-off button on the cord. I don't get it. Other than that, the sound is great for the price.
Did anyone else have this problem with theirs?

3.0 out of 5 stars False advertising!!!, May 10, 2002

The sound of these headphones is pretty good, but nothing spectacular. My biggest problem is the fact that the product states that the lights blink to the beat of the music. Far from it. The lights blink at the same pace no matter what you are listening to and they look pretty cheesy.

i bought these headphones and when i first got them i tried out the flashing light system,,all it is is one constant flash And it got annoying, but theres a button to turn them off, so that didn't matter...and after about an hour with them on they start to hurt your hears..but other than that..theyre OK for the price
