I use these daily. They are very comfortable to wear since they conform to the design of the individual ear. I have 3 kids that run around and make lots of noise when I'm trying to sleep during the day. However, since I've gotten a pair of these silicone ear plugs I haven't been woken during my sleep time. This is a must have for daytime sleepers. The only thing is they collect lint from your bed and pillow.
