We just got this foot muff to put in our Trail colored Mico and so far we really like it with only a few exceptions.

A. It makes putting our son in and out of the carseat a bit more of a chore. It's so plush and cozy that you have to work a bit harder to get the straps positioned and snug your baby into it properly.

B. I wish the top/blanket part zipped all the way off so that in milder weather it wasn't in the way. Right now it's 30-60 degrees on average so when it's warmer I tuck the top part under his feet.

C. I realize this is almost impossible, but I wish there was an easier way to take it completely off (you have to undo the strap/harness system from the back and then re-thread them) so that when the weather is going back and forth between warm and cold as it does in the fall, it would be a simple thing to remove or replace it.

The fabric, as with all Maxi Cosi products, is quality and soft. I loved how the Choco-Mint footmuff added some much needed color to our Trail seat, and it's well made and cozy.

On Thanksgiving we were about to leave when our son (3 months at the time) started having a melt down. I put him in his carseat with the foot muff and he settled immediately - it's like a cozy little cocoon and he really likes it! ! !

Loved this purchase! Easy to setup! Very functional... 4 out of 5 because I wishes the top portion...the head spot opened up so I could fold it back over the seat.

OMG!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE BEST INVENTION EVER. ONE MY BEST FRIENDS PUT ME ON TO THIS AND I AM SO GLAD SHE DID. YOU DON'T HAVE TO PUT THOSE ANNOYING COATS OVER YOUR BABY AT WINTER TIME. JUST DRESS YOUR BABY AS NORMAL AND STRAP THEM IN THE CAR SEAT AND ZIP THIS FOOTMUFF RIGHT UP AND THEY WILL BE VERY WARM. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL PARENTS :)
