5.0 out of 5 stars Best gloves EVER
For the longest time, I have looked for gloves that would be snug, have plenty of grip, and still allow you full control over your hands. These are the first gloves I have ever used where I can literally still type on a computer, perfectly. I recently started working at a shipping warehouse where these are supplied in the dozens. 1.0 out of 5 stars Overprice! Nothing special about this gloves
I bought this base on the reviews here in Amazon saying that it allows you full control over your hands and that you can literally still type on a computer with these gloves, Nah! I can't type with this gloves, this gloves is okay for something like hammering or gardening but If you are going to use this gloves for Finger dexterity, looks elsewhere.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best gloves EVER, June 10, 2007
For the longest time, I have looked for gloves that would be snug, have plenty of grip, and still allow you full control over your hands. These are the first gloves I have ever used where I can literally still type on a computer, perfectly. I recently started working at a shipping warehouse where these are supplied in the dozens. When they are gone, I feel like a dog that wants his treat. You can literally use them from anything from sports [baseball, archery, etc], working needs, or anywhere where comfort and dexterity play a role in what you're doing. They breathe well, but not so much that your hands dry out. They do need to be worn in, but once they are, you will never buy another kind of glove for this purpose again.

That being said, the ease of breathing makes a splash of water feel like you're underwater. And the rubber can wear easily depending on how hard you're using them. Before they're worn in, the size may feel TOO snug, as I have nearly lost circulation for a brief time when stretching them out. Also, if it's cold outside, don't expect warmth from these gloves. That's simply not what they're made for.

I would recommend them to anyone who needs a glove with surprisingly good grip and dexterity. Hardly a winter or water glove though. For what they are, they are perfect.

4.0 out of 5 stars Snug, comfy, and durable, June 5, 2007
I live by these gloves. I work at an automotive plant, and I use these gloves in place of fabric ones that snag, tear, and pretty much get ripped to shreds by the end of the day. These gloves are very snug, breathable and comfortable. Depending on how you use them, once they are broken in, they pretty much mold to your hands. I use the same pair every day, for at least 8 hours of work on the assembly line, and it takes me about 5-8 [work] days to go through a pair. BUT, that is with heavy, everyday use. Usually by the end of the 5-8 days, the rubber like material on my fingertips wear off and after that, its only a short matter of time before the fabric underneath gets holes and my fingertips are exposed. But as I said, I live by them and I don't know how I would get through my day without them. That being said, I get them for free. The only downside to these gloves, is that they are not good for jobs that work with wet materials.

These are the answer to my search for the perfect pair of gloves for use when playing video games.

Extended use of the console controllers can cause discomfort from the small seams and screw holes, plus discomfort on the end of your thumbs after prolonged use of the buttons and control sticks. Additionally, as the controller gets worn, the tops of the control sticks get slick and it is easy to slip off during a critical point in a game.

These gloves have rubberized palms and fingers so you can grip the controller securely without having the grip be too tight. The gloves have an excellent feel for the finger tips, so there is no problem manipulating the controller buttons. The rubberized surface spreads out any forces to a larger part of your thumb and provide some cushioning for additional comfort.

Unlike golf gloves these have no seams protruding into the fingers and thumbs and the nylon upper surface allows your hand to breathe effectively (no sweating inside the gloves). Also, the price is amazing, less than the cost of a single golf glove.

My father had diabetic neuopathy in his hands and they get cold. I bought him two pairs of gloves that he can wear in the house and still able to read the paper with them on. These work out great for him

5.0 out of 5 stars The best gloves ever., January 29, 2008

I have tried a few pairs of gloves, but these shine like a diamond in the rough. They are snug, comfortable, allow great dexterity (I am typing perfectly on them right now), have great grip, etc. etc. I am definitely not disappointed at all!

If I absolutely had to nitpick, the colors I got are slightly different from the pictures, but naturally I do not care about that in the slightest and it does not affect how they perform. If (for some strange reason) you care deeply about what color they are, then you might be disappointed. I was not.

I have used these gloves daily for non-heavy work (mostly typing on a keyboard) and they have shown very little wear and tear at all. If you work with heavy machinery or some other similar line of work these might wear out quickly, but for simple stuff they should last a while. And even if they do not, you can't argue with the price.

Overall, very fantastic gloves that should suit your every need.. except for water. These gloves are breathable so you should not use them for wet stuff. Other than that, I will gladly buy these again. And again.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Gloves, January 7, 2011

One of our manufacturing plant's in Germany uses these gloves, and gave me a pair while I was there. I fell in love with them. They are extremly tight fitting, and give good grip. When I watch Football, I think these are the gloves that they wear when it gets colder. These do not replace snow gloves, but they do provide some protection from the elements too.

They are great.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent gloves that (almost) never get in the way, July 3, 2010

Essential! I agree with what the other reviewers have said, these are very good for so many purposes. Their key feature is they allow you to operate and do tasks that were you wearing almost any other glove you would have to take them off. They are my standard "work" gloves, from using a chainsaw, light demolition, to taking the lawn mower apart, and rare for me - gardening. I tried a variety of other work gloves, and there are a lot these days - until I came across these. Carhart do a similar glove which I have used.

Totally happy with these gloves, they work wonders in the cold weather, you can still have mobility with your fingers using tools. They won't keep your hands warm as toast but you won't worry about frostbite.

5.0 out of 5 stars G-Tek Gloves, May 6, 2010

Ordered these gloves for the tight fit and multi-use capabilities. Was not let down. These gloves are great for all day wear when working around the home, yard, vehicles, and wherever else they may be needed. The tight fit and grip palms make one almost forget you have them on. There is no sweat buildup as they breath enough to prevent this. If you use the seller provided size guide, you will find the right fit everytime. I will buy these gloves again when these wear out, which does not seem to be to soon.
