The chandelier arrived in an unusually oversized box that was pretty beaten up. The packaging was terrible...minimal padding...so one of the glass shades was completely shattered & the metal of the lamp was badly scratched in the areas where it rubbed up against the edge of the box. I called Amazon & asked if they would send me just a replacement glass shade, but they told me no...or I could call the manufacturer & order one from them. As if! I am already paying over two-hundred dollars for this thing & refuse to shell out extra money for a shade that shouldn't have arrived damaged in the first place. I exchanged it for another one, which also arrived poorly packaged. This time, the cord was pinched (to the point of being nearly severed) at the top because of the way it was bent down against the metal. Time for yet another return. The only reason I'm not giving up is because this is the chandelier I have searched everywhere for & couldn't find. I'm frustrated & the only thing keeping me from losing my cool is the fact that Amazon is paying for the return shipping & they are quick to ship the replacement (it arrived in 1 day). Hopefully, the 3rd time is the charm because I really want this chandelier. It's very pretty & I am ordering several other "Linda" lighting pieces for other parts of my home.

This chandelier came in a box that was half open and not packaged well at all. The individual arms of the chandelier where the globes had to be attached were a little bent. Once we fixed them, the globe hid the issues, but it definitely needs to be packaged better.
