The product was shipped more than a week after I ordered it, then it shipped to an unknown address in Seattle (I live in NJ). When I made this known to the seller, they shipped a second fixture to me in NJ, but they did it by the slowest method. I would have thought that since they made the mistake by sending it to the wrong coast, they would send the second one by expedited shipping. Because of this, the fixture didn't make it in time for my appointment with my electrician, and ended up costing me much more money to have it installed.

Then, when the fixture did get here one of the glass shades was broken. I will say that when contacted, the seller shipped me 3 glass shades, so I now have 2 extras.

The metal installation plate that is secured to the wall, to which the fixture is then attached, is very thin and flimsy. I found that I had to take the fixture down and put 2"x4" wooden reinforcing blocks behind it and put in several screws to hold the plate flat against the wall. Otherwise, the weight of the fixture with the glass shades pulled the plate away from the wall. Once I got through all the trials and tribulations (after weeks and months of waiting and reworking the install), the fixture does look nice as a more modern replacement to the 30+ old, tired fixture it replaced in the bathroom.
