The cushioned surface is nice to protect electronic devices from falls, etc. But its inside dimentions are quite a bit smaller than what is shown on the webpage as product dimension. I doubt this would carry anything but the smallet of cellphones (IF the phone were THIN), or a TINY MP3 player, and I doubt there's a digital camera made that would fit inside. But it's such a cute case to carry pocketchange, matches on a camping trip, a 'few' USB flashdrives, etc. And it does have some sort of wide stretch 'loop' on the backside that would allow attachment to a belt.

My Sony W290 fits fine, and if you turn the camera the right way you can get a spare battery in it too. Well-padded, very inexpensive, great for my spare camera.
