THE MAXIMAL POWER CHARGER ONLY WORKS ON THE RIGHT SIDE CHARGING CRADDLE! SINCE IT ARRIVED THE LEFT CHARGING CRADDLE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, NOW IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! DO I NEED TO RETURN IT TO MAXIMAL? LET ME KNOW WHAT I CAN DO, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I BOUGHT SEVERAL ITEMS WITH AMAZON!

KNB-17 battery does NOT fit in this charger!!!,

I purchased this item to charge KNB-17 batteries used by my department-issued Kenwood TK-290. Upon receiving the item, I tried to place a battery into it to charge...and found out quickly that it wouldn't fit. A little research on the company's website shows that it advertises that this charger model supports TK-290 radios, but the battery types are listed as KNB 24-26. Their KE-01 charger is supposed to fit KNB-14-21. Too bad it's not sold on Amazon. Returning this charger TOMORROW!!!
