I purchased these bands to use with my regular P90X workouts. Before I was using 25lb. dumbbells which were great. However, I want to try resistance bands because I heard that resistance training provides a different kind of intensity during workouts and IT DOES! With the 3pc adjustable resistance bands, I am able to vary the level of intensity. The bands combined provide a 60lb. total resistance which I've never used much (except for bicep curls). A combination of any 2 bands is tough enough in itself. Even using single bands are challenging. I highly recommend these bands for any resistance training. They are easy to use and very sturdy. Plus, it's portable. You won't go wrong with these bands!
