I began a "lifestyle" change that included a sensible breakfast, sensible lunch, whatever I want for dinner (please note; this does not mean being gluttonous), and 1EZ Diet as a supplement. I'd read enough about the product to know that results vary. However, I personally have not seen anything. I did not want to focus so much on actual lbs in terms of weightloss, my assessment is very much reliant on fitting comfortable into clothing that has grown tighter. After taking the supplement 3 weeks...those close are still just as tight.

this product works well, i did see some improvement in my weight loss not a lot but a realistic amount which is what i expected from it. i did like that it did not have any side affects such as bloating or gassiness from it. i liked this product fairly well and i believe that i will purchase this product again.
