In Response,
I hate when people give responses to products they don't know how to use. Xpel is a DIURETIC not a fat burner. It doesn't make you lose bodyfat. And I don't think it even has caffeine it, in response to the reviewer who gave the bad review. It's made for bodybuilders, fitness competitors, models etc..to drop water weight before a competition or show or photoshoot. If you follow the directions and use it correctly while drinking alot of water, it helps eliminate the water stuck under your skin that could hide your definition and make you look bloated. It's not a solution to get thinner. It Xpel's that water weight. And it's a great product i'm using it right now for a photoshoot, and have used it plenty of times for competitions, etc.

This actually works quite well. As it's a natural diuretic, don't expect to be a walking display of veins and tight skin, but as long as you follow the recommended dosing and drink plenty of water, you should experience a mild to moderate reduction in water weight. It's also important to allow your body a period off this supplement, as should be considered with all water expelling products both natural and synthetic. With that being said, I believe this to be helpful in reducing some of the water I retain from a medication prescribed to me, and it should compliment body builders getting ready for a contest in flushing some excess water from their system. Unless you are willing to risk renal failure, and unhealthy levels of fluid removal, Xpel should work fine for you. Remember, it's a supplement; not a magic bean, and will work best when proper diet and exercise are also incorporated in your daily routine.

I researched this product in depth before buying. For a month now I had felt very bloated on a daily basis and had gained a large amount of weight very quickly yet I exercise 5-6 days a week and eat very well and have always maintained the same weight for past 5 years. I knew something was up and determined so I bought Xpel yesterday and would you believe late that evening I got on the scale just to see and it read 4 lbs lighter than what it had read that same morning. I got on that scale two other times to be sure I was not seeing things. You'll go to the bathroom a lot but that is worth it. I no longer feel bloated and puffy and the scale reflects what it always has before this past month. I say WOOHOO!! I'd recommend this to anyone.

Received product timely. The product did help but I was still retaining a lot of water. I think my needs exceeded this particular products capabilities.

It does what it's supposed to do, which is gets rid of excess water weight. I would never classify it as a weight loss product, however. I tend to get "puffy" by the end of the day, or when I travel. And it really helps with that. If you want to lose fat, it unfortunately still takes a healthy diet and exercise :).

I've had problems with water retention lately and had high hopes that Xpel would help. I took the full dose for several days, and didn't notice any improvement. Very sad.

Great diuretic for when you're bloated or want more muscle definition,
This review is from: MHP Xpel Maximum Strength Diuretic, Capsules , 80 capsules (Health and Beauty)
I used this on and off for years when I was working out every day and wanted to get rid of some extra water weight... I was eating well but my body tends to retain water anytime I eat anything even remotely salty, so this was a great supplement to have around. The pills definitely worked for me- I used them as directed, for months, and my face, stomach, and arms (the areas where I bloat the most) were SUPER skinny.(Just to be clear, this is NOT a fat burning supplement, so please understand that it was my diet and exercise that made me thin, this just helped me not look bloated.) The only negative things I can think of about this product are that 1) it seemed to get rid of SO much of my water weight that my face seemed to have extra definition in it whenever I smiled... almost like I was emaciated (which I wasn't). You could see the muscles in my cheeks a little too well. And 2) the amount of pills you have to take per day is crazy- I believe it's 4 pills, twice a day. But if you're looking for something that works to show your muscle definition more and get rid of bloat, this is definitely it. I think that, if I ever start taking these again, I'll only take 2-3 pills twice a day instead. Also, I don't think it's healthy to eat these every day non-stop for long periods of time, so give your body a break once in a while!

I use diurex normally- works like a charm.. However this..? Except for the caffeine in it bothering me, it did NOTHING. No thank you. The whole bottle is still in tact after months.
