I've used this product for quite some time; my old one broke after 3 years... but it got a lot of abuse!

Quickly straightens hair without all the fuss... One of the best products I've used. If your getting breakage your squeezing down too hard, lighten up! Also don't run the product through your hair too many times.. it will make it kind of "flat". Once, maybe twice is all you need- don't over do it.

I love this product. It's the only straightening iron that I feel works best and does the least amount of damage to your hair. The steam is awesome for reducing the breakage. It straightens even the toughest hair.

I swear by this straightening comb. I has saved my fingers, it does a fabulous job on straightening my hair. I do not have to deal with static cling after my hair is straightened or when styling later. It does not burn my hair. I love the new swivel cord. My first one did not have that feature. I love my Maxiglide!

It is fast, it is healthier, It is worth the price and it is easy to use.

This is a real time saver with better results than anything else I've used. My first one lasted years. Don't remember exactly how long but, got my 1st Maxiglide when it first hit the airwaves. Just bought my 2nd and I see they've improved it with a larger water holder,rubber resting piece & auto shut off. My thick, curly hair actually looks good and feels silky after about a 20 minute go-through after washing & drying my hair.

I just love the Maxi Glide system! Only thing that works! GREAT SELLER!!!! ... came to me right away! and was EXACTLY as described and promised.

I have owned many hot hair tools/irons, and this puts them all to shame! It's versatile - straight hair or smooth easy waves, with the turn of a wrist. I usually let my hair dry naturally and then put this to work. This is my 3rd one in 6 years, and it's a little different, (better in terms of a twisty cord and a larger water chamber for steam), than the other 2. I have long joked that if the house were to go up in flames, I'd be sure to grab this on my way out the door! Buy it, you won't regret the investment when your hair turns out looking (almost) effortlessly beautiful, every time.

I wanted to try a new flat iron with infrared technology...blah blah blah....I ended up buying the infrared stuff and does not work as well, trust me maxiglide is the best flat iron for thick or curly hair. Great product if you know how to use it.

This product works exceptional. I will never relax my hair with harsh chemichals as long as I have this one of a kind product. I really loved and i recommend it to anyone.

This is my second Maxiglide. I bought my first one when they first came out years ago. First let me say I'm happy with the improvements they made to it. Auto turn off and the electrical cord now swivels. My first maxiglide elec. cord snapped off from so much use.

That being said, this flat iron works fantastically on coarse, thick, frizzy hair. I have tried numerous other irons out there with little or no success. The built-in combs untangle my hair as it straightens, leaving my hair soft and smooth. And because the plates are larger than norm, I can get my hair done quicker. My hair doesn't get as frizzy in this humidity (ick!) and touch ups are quick.
