I pretty much know what I want to carry so it's just a matter of where it's going to go.
From an extra knife, pair of scissors, leatherman tool, digital thermometer, hand sanitizer, flashlight, chapstick, extra batteries, tactical pen, and breathalyzer.
This little organizer is small enough to fit in a cargo pocket but it holds a TON of stuff!

Really nice quality product.
I think its a bit large to carry around daily, but great organizer for a pack.
Better than expected very strong and durable maxpedition makes quality products.
It is molle attached to my other maxpedition bag which is great.
