My 8 year old grandson is in his second year of ice hockey. He has back to back practices and games which leave his hockey gloves and gear wet. This has caused some skin problems over the season. The drying rack was bought and he immediately saw the change in his hockey gear the next day. Dry and comfortable. His words, "awesome".

I got my dry guy the other day and i am pretty impressed by it. What i love most about it is that it is made out of metal and not pvc like most of the other ones out there. The PVC ones cost around 60 dollars and are cheap as hell. i would recommend paying a little more and buy this. Also, i like that it has a motor and vent holes so you can either blow normal air or heated air which the motor has both settings. Another great aspect of the dry guy is that there is no just on and off switch, there is a timer. I am not right next to it but you can set it up to like 180 minutes which is 3 hours of air flow before it automatically shuts off. This is perfect for me since i play at night in a adult league and dont get home till after midnight. i do not want to fall asleep with it still on and forget to turn it off. If you have ever played hockey you know how tired you are afterwards.
Now on to the product, i like the product but i give it 4 stars because it is not exactly made for hockey equipment. I am able to put everything on there except for my elbow pads which isnt a big deal. also since i am an adult on the bottom where i put my ice skates and shin guards they are right up against each other which again isnt a big deal but just wish they were a little spread out a little bit. Over all i really like it. The instructions are not the best but the assembly is pretty straight forward. I work recommend buying this product. |
