I love, love, love these DVDs. They are wonderful Kundalini workouts and are done in fifteen minutes segments that include a warm up, specific chakra exercises, and exercises with mantras.
My only little complaint is that sometimes Maya talks while you are supposed to be chanting a mantra and in a couple instances it becomes very hard to focus on saying the chant correctly (and repeatedly) while also trying to absorb what she is saying about the benefits of the chant. It was very frustrating the first couple of times listening to the 7th chakra DVD and trying to do the guru chant at the end, but I've become more accustomed to it and know the chant a bit better so I can still keep up. Other than that small complaint, I really enjoy the DVDs and have the full set for the 7 chakras.

Maya Fiennes has given us an incredible present with this kundalini yoga series, one of three or four dvds which go through all the chakras. I felt so much better after completing each DVD, and it has set me on a more healthy and positive path for 2011. She is an excellent teacher and the DVDs each offer many physical and mental benefits, unblocking different chakras and providing exercise as well!

I have all of Maya's kundalini yoga dvds. I love the fact that this is presented the way yoga should be - a body-mind connection, not just an excercise workout. I always feel so peaceful after her dvds. I wish she did some 90min yoga classes on dvds. I strongly recommend any of her kundalini yoga dvds. Sat Nam.

I've tried a few other kundalini yoga DVDs but Maya's is just the best. I love to start my day with her. Thanks Maya!

Love Maya Fiennes. Her programs are straight forward, her music sets her apart from the rest and her voice is a delight. Get it, use it, love it! I recommend the whole set.

Uplifting and totally enchanting. Gorgeously done! For those who are looking to embarca in the benefits of yoga to the body non twisting prezel form, active meditation and chanting, this is truthfully enjoyable rhythm with meaningful pratice and most loving message. I love Maya Fiennes and her yoga tapes. The wisdom and bliss tapes (note there is two in this pack)is no exception to the lightness, freedom, and energy that comes after following her yoga tapes!

I just started practicing yoga about three months ago and embarked upon Kundalini Yoga. It was suggested to me to help me relax and monitor my blood pressure better. Well this does that and more. It is a complete lifestyle change but definitely for the better. I would recommend this product (and her other ones too) to anyone who wants to take their spiritually, mental, and physical being to a higher level. You will not be disappointed. Also you can ease into all of the poses as a beginner.

I enjoy Maya Fiennes. I especially enjoy how she integrates her own music with the positions, kriyas. Unfortunately this was a used item and one of the DVD's is scratched and had fingerprints on it. So the second DVD just stopped in the middle. Very disappointing considering I was not informed that I was getting damaged goods.
