5.0 out of 5 stars How to relive your childhood (not just a moment), April 24, 2009
This review is from: Maybe Tomorrow (Audio CD)
The song "Maybe Tomorrow" shows a level of chord experience I hadn't heard with most adult groups (of that time). Michael's perfect pitch doesn't miss a note as he effortlessy goes from verse to bridge to chorus -try singing this without the music. Jermaine's voice had changed so much that it sounded like dropped an octave on the chorus of "I Will Find a Way". But, but, but- what I remembered most (and the smile is STILL on my face) is my two girlfriends and I making up dance moves to this song.

And by the way..I bought this LP when it was RELEASED and I still OWN IT and it plays like a DREAM!

5.0 out of 5 stars Childhood Memories, May 20, 2007

This review is from: Maybe Tomorrow (Audio CD)
In the early 90's I discovered this album found in one of my dad's MJ's Thriller-Vinyl.As my brother and sisters-theres 5 of us too, use to listen to my dad's records; we put on this record and just act like we were the Jacksons.Songs brought back so many memories and I still know the songs as if I was that little girl again.

All the songs are good, the ones I don't usually listen to were:
Shes Good and Sixteen Candles, but still overall GREATNESS ALBUM.

5.0 out of 5 stars No Maybes On This Album, January 23, 2007
This review is from: Maybe Tomorrow (Audio CD)
On their fourth studio album Maybe Tomorrow, their is a large musical growth in the band. The title track is a gorgeous song that has a beautiful orchestral backing. "Never Can Say Goodbye" was another number two hit and it is still one of Michael's best vocal efforts. "The Wall" and "Petals" are strong songs about relationships. "16 Candles" is an okay cover, but "(We've Got) Blue Skies" is a soaring song with a stinging guitar ringing throughout. "My Little Baby" is fun and "Honey Chile" has an almost country vibe to it. "I Will Find A Way" is a great closer and Jermaine supplies one of his best vocal efforts.
