I bought these emergency safety family kit and pet survival kit for one of our sons and his family for Christmas. They appeared very complete, and I did not see a need to add anything, although we keep a supply of easy-open cans of nutritious soup with bowls/mugs and spoons close to the emergency kit in our garage. Although the family was not immediately thrilled, I found out later that they were very glad to have these kits, and to have their family dog included. They haven't needed to use them yet, but if the need arises I, and they, will be glad to be prepared.
