I purchased a similar brand toilet seat ten years ago from Home Depot, but they don't carry an elongated version these days. So I located this Mayfair while searching Amazon. I wanted the same decorative seat that didn't require a cover that can get so dirty. This toilet seat does the trick, and I like the decorative look.

My wife is very picky on toilet seats - she likes the one we bought several years back from Lowes, which look exactly like the ones here.
After receipt of the toilets (we bought 3), we were surprise how nice the quality is - better than the one we bought from Lowes.
The mounting design is excellent. You can install the mounting screws and the toilet seat will snap on those screws. That is also easier for cleaning too.

This seat is really easy to keep clean. Just a little twist and the whole seat comes off--no more trying to clean
around the hinges.
